Quick update on critter status in the Walt home.  We are now taking in rescue bunnies - 3 in this last week. This brings us to 12 rabbits total in our back yard to date:-)  4 babies ready to leave their mom.  Looking for homes if you know of anyone in the market!  Please send them our way.  Hoping to find a pet store for whom we can breed rabbits soon.  We did secure a pet store who will purchase our teddy bear hamsters and zebra finches.  Thought you would be glad to know we would not totally be run out of house and home by our little friends.  

This semester as been such a learning and stretching experience for us all!  The last picture posted here shows David, Mary Kathryn, Lily and Sam presenting their animal science project to the Jessamine County Early Learning Village.  They visited 5 classes in once day - carrying all their pets to each one along with a 24 inch computer which was used to show their Keynote presentation with live video footage of our kits life cycle.  They did a great job.  It was a full days work!  A+ for everyone.
